For the 3 weeks you will be following a yogic diet and lifestyle. You will not eat meat, sugar, caffeine, processed foods, cigarettes, alcohol or drugs. We will go over the lifestyle with you during the opening ceremony on the first Sunday. The lifestyle is to help you to quiet your mind and to clean your system.

At the end of your 3 week journey you will feel like a New You! You will be clear minded, you will have direction, you will be able to teach a hatha/vinyasa class and a meditation/pranayama class. Your self development and discipline will be renewed and you will go home a Yoga Teacher, ready to share your new knowledge. Send us a message today with your desired month and we will save your spot.
