You can arrive at your accommodations the day before (or earlier). Classes start on Sunday morning (13 days of classes and Graduation on last day) 7am to 7pm. Your day will start at 6am with an Ayurvedic routine and will end at 9pm after reading and journaling.

Make sure to pack : breathable yoga clothes, summer clothing, bathing suit, walking shoes and sandals, writing pad and pen, sunscreen, natural bug repellent and anything else to make yourself comfortable.

During your 14 days you will be asked to follow a yogic diet and lifestyle. Please refrain from eating meat, sugar, caffeine, processed foods, cigarettes, alcohol or drugs. We will go over the lifestyle with you during the opening ceremony on the first Monday morning.  You will decide on the Yogic diet or your Dosha diet.  This lifestyle is to help you to quiet your mind and to clean your system.

At the end of your 14 day journey you will feel like a New You! You will be clear minded and you will feel confident enough to teach a hatha/vinyasa class and/or a meditation/pranayama class. You will find your specialty with your self development and discipline.  You will be renewed and you will go home a Yoga Teacher that is ready to share your new knowledge.
