For the 3 weeks you will be following a yogic diet and lifestyle. You will not eat meat, sugar, caffeine, processed foods, cigarettes, alcohol or drugs. We will go over the lifestyle with you during the opening ceremony on the first Sunday. You will decide on the Yogic diet or your Dosha diet. This lifestyle is to help you to quiet your mind and to clean your system.
At the end of your 3 week journey you will feel like a New You! You will be clear minded and you will be able to teach a hatha/vinyasa class and/or a meditation/pranayama class. You will find your specialty with your self development and discipline. You will be renewed and you will go home a Yoga Teacher that is ready to share your new knowledge.
