Meet the founder
Michelle Bradshaw
Michelle began practicing Sun Salutations in Bali in 2004, looking for a calm, centered mind and a healthy body. She soon discovered how much she loved helping other people slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
She completed 200-hour teacher trainings in Isla Mujeres in 2012 and Ajijic in 2016, taught yoga and on 200-hour teacher trainings, then opened Yoga Navan in 2018. A 300-hour training in Rishikesh followed in 2019.
Now, SivaFlow carries that experience forward—helping more studios and experienced teachers build thoughtful schools of their own.
