With the motivation of the saying: “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”, Ebru quit her corporate career in 2015 in order to travel the World and to deepen her yoga practice and knowledge, which she had been passionate about. She attended to 200hr Teacher Training Course in “The Yoga Institute” in Mumbai, India where she learned hatha yoga principals. Her yoga journey then continued in many countries in Asia, Latin America and Turkey where she taught yoga, meditation and breathing techniques in certain places. In 2016, she joined another 200hr Teacher Training at “Yoga Veda Institute” in Mexico in order to learn Sivananda style of yoga as well as Ayurveda. Then in 2017, she learned Prenatal Yoga in “Emel Yoga School” in Istanbul, Turkey. Her teaching style varies quite a lot, from very gentle and relaxing hatha flow to a challenging body works, while always focusing on body awareness, a good body and mind alignment and effective breathing. She also brings Ayurveda principals together with yoga: Being grounded, creating fire, as well as getting off the ground to embrace the air. She is experienced in leading classes with students from different fitness levels and backgrounds and her goal for each class is to make the students finish the class with perfect body and mind relaxation.
